I have the same issue but logging out and such noted as above didn't solve the issue

I've moved your post to this new thread to keep the forums organized. Thanks for letting us know about this issue, and the steps tried on your own. To look into this, may I know what error message are you receiving on the Fitbit app? Does this happen when doing something specific such as logging an exercise or syncing? Also, may I know the model and OS version of your phone?
