Charge 4 not pairing with iPhone 12

I have upgraded my phone to iPhone 12 and now trying to connect and pair my charge 4. Which is failing consistently? Is there any solution or I just by an apple watch instead of keeping this charge 4? If there is no solution then this will be my official goodbye to Fitbit. For being the user for the past 8 years, I think this is it.

Hi there, @Shehla.

 

Thanks for letting us know about your new iPhone. I'm sorry your Charge 4 isn't syncing correctly and to work on this together, may I know what error message you're receiving? Did you make sure to turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby? If by any chance you still have your previous phone, forget your tracker from the Bluetooth settings.

 

Additionally, give a try to the following:

  1. Forget your Charge 4 from your iPhone 12.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Restart your tracker.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  5. Select your Charge 4, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions.
