When I go to check the weather on my sense it always says "no location information" I have double checked to make sure all my location settings are set to "always" and all settings seem to be correct. It also says to "sync sense to mobile app" and I've done that multiple times. Has this happened to anyone else?

Hi @mrsporter527. Welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and the steps tried on your own. I understand your point of view and even though the location settings on your phone are correct, let's check the Weather app permissions:
- Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture.
- Tap your Fitbit device icon > Gallery.
- Scroll down, tap Weather > Permissions and make sure all are enabled.
- Then, tap Today and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
- Wait a few minutes and check the app on your Fitbit device.
