Re-Pairing Tracker to iPhone

My Charge 2 recently lost power and I was not able to re-charge for 24 hours. Since it's been re-charged I cannot get it to sync with my iPhone or PC. I have tried all the recommended actions in the troubleshooting section to no avail. Thoughts or suggestions?

Hello @dtruchanjr, and welcome!, it's always nice to see new faces around. Smiley Happy

In this case I would like to suggest following @HelenaFitbit's excellent recommendations in how to make your tracker sync with the app on your iPhone. Additionally you can also check her recommendations for PC

In case these instructions don't resolve your issue, I would like to suggest trying to setup your tracker as a new device, don't worry, the information previously stored on your account won't get lost.

To set it up as a new device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

Please remember not to remove the tracker form the account, simply replace it when the app asks you to. I hope this information can be useful, feel free to reply in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
