I don't know why the text notification isn't working on my Flex 2. Only the call notification works.

Mine either!! I have done everything on the troubleshooting page several times. It will vibrate on a call but not text message.

hi friends!  i'm having a similar issue. i just received the flex2. it vibrates for silent alarms and to indicate it's paired so there doesn't appear to be an issue with the vibration capabilities.  i have both phone and text set to green within the app and from what i can tell all notifications are allowed and permitted in my phone settings (iphone6splus). i've tried disconnecting and powering down the app while notofictions are turned off - then rebooted everything and turned notifications on but still don't seem to be receiving the notice.  it's not a huge issue but i'd like to make it work if possible. hoping you get a reply and a solution soon!

Hello @CWT and @Tamora, thanks for joining us, it's always nice to see new faces around the Community! Smiley Happy

Have you tried restarting your Flex 2 and your phone lately? Most of the times this will be effective when the tracker is not receiving any notification. Additionally, it could be a great idea to remove Notifications and enable them again to reset the connection between the tracker and your phone.

To do this:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings and check if Flex 2 is on the list of paired devices; if it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. Restart your phone.
  3. Turn on notifications for your tracker once again:
    1. Open the Fitbit app and tap Account.
    2. Tap your tracker.
    3. Find an option to turn on your notifications.

Please remember to check on your phone under Settings > Notifications > Fitbit that Show on Notification Center, and Show on Lock Screen are enabled. Additionally verify that the alert style is set to Banners or Alerts.

Give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
