Have you restarted both the Fitbit and phone?

I have this problem. Every week or so my app won’t sync and I have to log out and back in. Usually logging out works but when it doesn’t, I have to turn my phone off and on. It’s very frustrating. I’m hoping that it will be fixed permanently soon. I have had this problem since getting my iPhone 8 a few months ago.
