I haven't missed my steps since February 7, 2021, and I set a goal of a 365 day step streak. Seeing that "50 day step streak" then "100 day step streak" was very motivating! Suddenly, it seemed that my Fitbit reset something. I didn't get a new device or do any updates. I hadn't changed anything, but suddenly my streak was in the single digits. I'm with everyone else who doesn't want to see the streak if the numbers can't reflect the effort I've been putting in all year. It's frustrating, and seems like it should be a simple fix! I also use the Weight Watchers app, and that accurately reflects how many days I've tracked, so why can't Fitbit get it right?

Hi there @GetFitBy50.
Thanks for the details shared on your post and for the feedback provided. I understand that this can be very frustrating.
It's possible that the step streak started again if by any reason your Fitbit device was removed and reconnected back to your account.
If you want to share additional feedback or if you want the features to be improved, feel free to visit our Feature suggestion board. Here our product development teams consult regularly to ensure we're delivering on what our customers need and want.
By the way, I've moved your post to this board for organization purposes.
See you around.
