Re: Tracker The Culprit?

The biggest problem is I cannot even get into the Fitbit app. It opens then crashes after 5 seconds. I have deleted the app, restarted my phone, restarted the tracker and it's still doing the same thing. I thought it could be a storage issue, so I cleared up some of the apps and photos etc that I don't need. Then I downloaded the app again. It is still not working. I am using the iphone 6s iOS 10.3.3

It is driving me insane!

That would not be a tracker isdue, but either an app or OS issue.

Several people have had this crash issue with Android. It was tracked to the Fitbit app not having permission to access memory. After one of the app updates some phones removed this permission.

I suggest to edit the first post to reflect more of the app problem and I'm moving the thread to the ios forum.
