My fitbit is saying the same thing! I have even turned off my phone and restarted it and that didnt help. I posted in 9 challenges that i was invited to and it seems to be a problem with lots of users....

It's nice to have you here @kimtaylor and @stephsto! Fitbit team has just released a new update of the Fitbit app for iOs devices. If you haven't done yet, I invite you to update your app. This should resolve the problem you're facing.

Best AnswerI'd also love to have a Fitbit for my dogs @kimtaylor. But I'm not sure at all, I guess the more legs you have the more steps you get. They would beat me in the Challenges. ![]()
Best AnswerI found one! Its called the whistle and will tell me how active my dog is compared to the same age and breed of dogs. I now have them on all 3 of my dogs and love them!!!!!!
