Readiness score not working

My app says my readiness score is turned off but it is not. I’ve gone to settings and it says it’s on and gives me the option to turn it off. How do I fix this! Ugh.

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding readiness score. I'm sorry to know the difficulty experienced.

I'd suggest go to the app and perform the following steps:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.

Look in your gallery apps and see if the Readiness app is installed.
I haven’t had a readiness score for the past 6 days. The app says I need 4 nights of sleep data, which doesn’t make sense because I have sleep scores (inaccurate due to missing some hours of sleep time and heart rate data, but that’s another weeks long complaint). 
I updated to the 4.04 app last week and my Versa 4 updated to 194.86 two nights ago. Last night, I closed and reopened the Fitbit app and restarted my iPhone. I poked around on the phone app and also looked at the tiles in my gallery. Sleep and Readiness were uninstalled! I reinstalled them. Although I still have no Readiness score, I had a full night of sleep and heart rate data. Maybe that issue was finally fixed or I just had a random lucky night.
