Very seldom do the step hours on my watch match the step hours on the app. Today I got 11 out of 12 hours on my watch. The app shows I got 4 out of 12 hours. The hour count on the app is wrong 90% of the time. I really tired of this. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Sorry to see you're having issues with your hourly step goals matching between your device and the Fitbit app. 

Would you please let us know which Fitbit you use and what platform (Android or iOS)?
