Receive phone call and step notifications but not text notifications

On my previous charge 2 and now on my brand new Versa 2, I can revive phone call notifications and notifications to move but do not get my text notifications. A few months ago it stopped working on my charge 2 before I updated my phone. I updated my phone and the text still will not work!

I apologize that you’re  not receiving notifications at this time. Currently notifications are an issue that the Fitbit Team is aware of and hopefully a fix will be coming soon. Please view this thread here to address you notifications issues: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Stopped-seeing-notifications-after-updating-to-iOS-13/td-p/3... On this thread you can find the current update on the issue, tips and possible workarounds that might help you.
