My Charge 2 is paired with my iPhone 6. Im receiving call notifications but not text. It’s set to receive calls, texts, and calendar notifications. Notifications are turned on on the Charge 2. I unpaired and paired devices. I rebooted the Charge 2. Reconnected Bluetooth. Nothing is working

Same thing is happening to me. I check all my settings within the app and my iphones regular settings. I have an iPhone 7 Plus.

You are definitely not the only one going through this iv seen a few people going through it and im going through it as well!! Iv messages fitbit so many times to get no where. Everything is set up correctly on my phone and iv done every trouble shooting step it tells you to do still nothing iv only had mine for not even 2 months and its doing this plus i had to get the band replaced
