Why isn't my app recording my steps? Some reason stopped at beginning of this month. Also, how can I delete all last years entries( all zero) when didn't have Fitbit? Maybe these taking up memory?

Hi @Tomthescientist,

It sounds like the root of the problem is that your tracker isn't syncing data over to your account. Please keep in mind that if you are Bluetooth bonded to your tracker (required for call notifications), the bond may be preventing you from syncing to a second mobile device. Click here for more details.

 

If your tracker is still not syncing, the following steps should help:

1. Restart your tracker.

2. Reboot your iOS device.

3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.

4. Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.

I did a couple of things- not certain which was successful however all recent activity now recorded!!! 1. I held button on tracker for ~5 sec.
2. Restarted app?.
Everything working well now- thank you!!
