Recover deleted activity

I also delete my exercise by mistake as there’s no delete confirmation. 

How can I restore it?

Thanks for the details shred on your post. Please note that for now it's not possible to recover activity logs that were deleted from your Fitbit account. Our team is always working on improving our devices and user experiences, and your comments are always welcome. However, you can manually log your details to get credit for your efforts. To do this, please follow these steps:

1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Exercise tile.
2. Tap on the "+" icon > Log.
3. Tap a recent activity, or search for an exercise type.
4. Enter the activity details, and tap Add.
5. Tap Today and you'll see your exercise logged. This log will also count toward your weekly exercise goal.

I understand that such a feature as manual log insert exists, but it looks like for some years, this feature as been asked, and it was not developed.

I understand your concern about this situation, but as you have mentioned the instructions provided are to manually log the activity that was deleted. For now there is not option to recover the information deleted from your account.
