I accidentally deleted my morning workout. Is there any way to recover the workout without entering it manually?

Hello @LMBradfo and welcome to the Help forums. Some users are describing a situation where a hard swipe on this screen deletes an exercise.
You don't get any kind of "Are you sure?" warning. Sadly, any deleted exercise is unrecoverable. Even if you got an "Are you sure?" message and you hit yes instead of no. Sorry.
If you accidentally deleted your exercise because of the bug I am showing, please let me know so I can bring it to Fitbit's attention (again). This has been going on for months.

I have the Charge 3 and this just happened to me, and I didn’t get a “are you sure” message either. It’s extremely disappointing that its so easy to make an accidental deletion and apparently no way to recover that data whatsoever.

Found a "fix," sort of. I also use the Cardiogram App - it syncs to Fitbit data, but does not delete exercises when they are deleted in Fitbit. It doesn't have all the details, but some basic info on time, distance, etc. that can be added manually to the log.

Hi there, this has just happened to me too. I left swiped because the entry wasn't sitting centrally so I wanted to see if I could move it. The three options Edit Share Delete appeared but as I swiped left the exercise just disappeared. I didn't get an 'Are You Sure' dialog box. Do you know if there is any fix for this yet and if not where I can complain officially?
Thanks
Sarah

Happened to me today, and I did not get an 'are you sure'. I didn't press delete, just accidentally swiped on it.

Just did my best walk ever. And I swiped left. All gone just like a dating APP (I am told).
