How do i stop notifications from showing up when I have no new ones?

Go to your Blue tooth settings on your phone and remove them

When I go to my phone app for fitbit, there is a a tab for notifications and it used to have a red dot by it if there were new notices . Now it has the dot all the time even after I have checked the notifications and read them. There are no new ones and the dot still shows up. Does that make sense?

I see! Currently, Fitbit is aware of it, but may not be able to provide a fix in the immediate future. I will continue to monitor the situation, and keep our team informed of the impact to you and other customers. I understand that this isn't the resolution you're hoping for, but rest assured our team is always working to improve our products.

Something you can try in the meantime is uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.
