Red dot on Fitbit app icon

Permanent red dot on app. Really don’t understand why Fitbit are finding this so difficult to resolve. Surely this should be a simple thing to fix. Come on Fitbit. Step up.

@markwalsh Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand how you are feeling and appreciate your feedback. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Log out of the app.
  2. Force quit the app.
  3. Restart your phone. 
  4. Log into the Fitbit app and check if the issue persists.
