Hi,
does anyone else feel like the latest update is just an April 1st prank that doesn’t stop?
- My Charge 3 correctly (auto)recognised outdoor cycling on Sunday and counted 5/7 days of excercise, but today that is gone and I have 4/7 days average of last week.
- My mom’s Charge 2 counted 10000+ steps every day, but in the weekly report she allegedly only did 29000 steps (which were all done on saturday).
- There is a little red dot letting me know I have a new notification, but when I check, there are “no notifications to display”, but the dot stays.
Anyone else has these problems or any ideas on how to fix it?

Hello @MarcoGFitbit,
thank you very much for your reply.
I will make sure to follow the official forum for the updates.
Unfortunately, logging out and restarting my iPhone did not resolve the red dot issue for me. Is there something else I can try?
I will try to get the screenshots you asked for. Who do I send them to?

Hello @D4sh4 I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply.
I appreciate you have tried the troubleshooting steps provided earlier. Some of our members have come back saying that uninstalling and reinstalling the app removed the red dot. However, if you'd like to try that, make sure to sync your Fitbit device one last time before to prevent any data loss.
Now, with the screenshots, you can add them to your next reply by following these steps. These screenshots will be very helpful for us.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we'll be waiting for your next reply.
