My app updated and now there’s a notification that won’t go away. Please help. I can’t open it or delete it.

Hi @a-massey, nice to see you in the community.
I've moved this thread to the iOS app forum as this is more relevant to you enquiry. You should receive a better response here.
Have you tried tapping on the messages tab? Perhaps it's notifying you of an unread message?

Thank you for moving it to the correct place. I’ve tried everything. It’s not a message nor a notification. I’m not sure how to get it to go away. But it’s driving me crazy! I hate having notifications haha

Hello @a-massey I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around. It's great to see you too @N8teGee, thanks for all your help.
@a-massey I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, our team is aware of this issue and is working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. For the time being, several users have reported that uninstalling and reinstalling the app removes the red dot; however, in order to prevent any data loss, sync your Fitbit device before uninstalling the app.
We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track, if there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to reply.
