In the app it says I have a message notification, but I have no unread messages.
I have logged out, tried to uninstall, and follow the process mentioned in previous topics, but none worked.

I have moved your post from the Charge board to the iOS board as this issue is related to the app and not the Charge. I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for reporting this situation. Our team is aware of this issue, but may not be able to provide a fix in the immediate future (that doesn't mean they're not working on it).
