Relax app is not in the Mindfulness tile

Dear support,

thank you for the great wristband and app. Overall I am happy, unfortunately the synching between the Relax app on the Inspire 2 and the IOS Fitbit app (IOS 16.0.2; app version Fitbit 3.68.1) doesn't work. While the Inspire 2 keeps track on the breathing sessions, they are never synched to my phone (all the other data is synched - steps, zone minutes, exercises, etc.).

Inspire 2, version: 20001.124.76

I tried logging out of the app, closing the app, restarting my phone and the Inspire 2, reconnecting and doing a new relax exercise --> didn't fix the problem.

There are similar issues here on the board, but they are up to 2 years old. So I don't think (or better: I hope) these are not the same issues. Therefore, I opened a new thread.

Thank you for your help!

@Ben3Ben3   I searched the Help articles and the manuals for several different models.  According to this section in Fitbit's Help article, Relaxed Breathing Sessions are in the Mindfulness Tile with the Sense, Sense 2, Versa 3, and Versa 4.

It took a real deep dive to find this in this long Help article.
