I can't post anything on community feed

Every time I try to share on the community feed, the post shows up, then immediately disappears. I can't post in groups or in my friends feed. Have already tried logging out and back in, deleting and reinstalling app, checking for updates, etc.

To further address you concern about the post that doesn't appear follow these steps:

  1. Force-quit the app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swipe up the app. If this doesn't seem to work:
  2. Log out from the app (again), restart your phone and log back in.

Can you please try to go to Fitbit.com, log in and try to post from the online dashboard?

If the issue persist, please try to provide a screenshot for documentation purposes.
