Hello,
I noticed that the notifications to remind me to go to sleep are not sending to my Charge 5 or my phone.
I get all the notifications on my watch (messages, other apps, system notifications, ...) and everything usually works fine, including syncing with my phone.
I have set the reminder to show Monday through Thursday at 10:30 pm but nothing shows up at that time. I don't have a do not disturb mode enabled when the notification should be sent.
Is this a bug in the application ? Im using Fitbit version 3.80 (38046005) on iOS 16.4.1
Thanks for your help

@SunsetRunner The Bedtime Reminder hasn't worked properly for years and Fitbit doesn't seem to have it on any priority list to fix it. I get my push notification about once a month or so. The Help article also says your Fitbit should vibrate. I also never got a vibration with several different models.

This bug isn’t in their priority list but is it acknowledged by Fitbit officially ? Does they know that this feature doesn’t work ?

@SunsetRunner I'm sorry, I don't know the answer to your question. Community Council members aren't Fitbit employees. We don't have access to that information.

Is it possible to have an answer from a Fitbit Employee please ? Do I need to tag someone ?
