Replacement Charge HR not syncing

I received a replacement Charge HR because my wristband started to fall apart after only 6-7 months. I am following the instructions to replace it on my app and it is stuck loading. I have already tried restarting my phone, restarting the Fitbit, logging out of my account, and switching my Bluetooth off and on. My damaged Fitbit still works so I am not sure if that is what is interfering with it. I don't want to lose my data.

Welcome to the Community @Jas_P! It's great to hear that you have received a new Fitbit as a replacement, but is not cool to hear that you can't set it up. Smiley Embarassed 

Answering your question, if your previous Charge HR still around and has battery, it could be interfering with the new one, so I suggest you to take it as far as you can, maybe in a different room And then try to set it up again.

If that doesn't work, I suggest you to try to set it up your Charge HR using a computer by following the instructions on @AlejandraFitbit post.
