Replacement Charge HR-will I lose data?

I have had a replacement Charge HR and before I sync it for the first time I was wondering if there's any way it can replace the old one and pick up all the stored data or do I need to start from scratch again?

No need to start from scratch if you set it up as a replacement, using these directions - click so your history is retained.
