Getting Chargehr to fully load

I have loaded Fitbit app on phone and am trying to get set up. It went through all instructions and gets to You're all set and shows finishing up t bottom of screen. Does not go further and ha continued to say finishing up over 12 hour. Tried redoing whole process and results are same. Any ideas?

It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community @Steve123. To address your issue better please be so kind to provide me with a screen shot of the page you are unable to go further. In the meantime it could be a good idea trying to sync your Charge HR with a computer if possible.

Thank you very much for the response. I contacted Fitbit help line and they helped me reboot the Fitbit and it is now working fine.
