It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community @Steve123. To address your issue better please be so kind to provide me with a screen shot of the page you are unable to go further. In the meantime it could be a good idea trying to sync your Charge HR with a computer if possible.

Best AnswerThank you very much for the response. I contacted Fitbit help line and they helped me reboot the Fitbit and it is now working fine.
