Replacement Fitbit is not syncing.

 My replacement fit bit will not sync into my phone ?

Which tracker are you currently using? Have you tried to restart it lately?  If so, it's possible that your old tracker is still linked to your phone, which is why I would like to suggest the following:

 

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, please tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. Restart your phone
  3. Restart your tracker once again and leave it plugged and charging. 
  4. Try to set up your tracker once again:
    • Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
    • Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
    • When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
