Replacement Fitbit not connecting

I recently received a replacement Charge. I was able to connect to tracker once, but it stalled out while finishing the first sync. Now when I attempted to connect it to my account, it freezes on the page that says "we found your charge! Connecting to tracker..." and it never actually connects. I have tried both restarting my Charge and reinstalling the app. How can I get it to connect?

Welcome to the Forums @Aimeerae! I'd start by turning off your phone's bluetooth, after that, try rebooting your phone and start again with setup process. If the issue persists, try following these instructions. You can also try setting up the tracker in a PC.
