I have gotten two replacement Altas and cannot set either up with my phone or my Mac. I get to the point where I can type in the number that is on the tracker into either my phone or computer and then it fails. Has anyone else experienced this? I really don't want to request a third new tracker...

Hello @Lizzy22, welcome to the Community!
As your replacement tracker is unable to setup, I would like to suggest checking the following before trying to set it up:
- Go to Settings > Bluetooth on your phone and check if Alta is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device, then restart your phone.
- Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices while setting up your tracker, as their signal might interfere with the process.
- Restart your Alta and keep it plugged in and charging while setting it up.
Give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else!
