Hello @Nicolle86 and @SunsetRunner, it's nice to see you around!.

It's possible that your tracker is counting steps when you're moving your arms as it's recognizing it as the natural movement we make when walking. It's possible to adjust the sensitivity of your tracker to get more accurate information.

To change the sensitivity on your Charge 2:

  1. Go to the Device Settings on your online Dashboard.
  2. Scroll down until you're able to see Dominant Hand
  3. Change the setting to Dominant or Non-dominant hand according to where you use your tracker.

Additionally, it could be a great idea to restart your Charge 2 to prevent additional steps to count towards your daily goal. Give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
