I had a Versa Lite for 9 months that suddenly would no longer charge.
i was sent a refurbished Versa Charge 2 to replace it.
I am beyond frustrated. I have done everything they ask you to do multiple times to no avail.
My problem was supposedly referred to the PROPER department 5 days ago but I have not heard back from anyone.
