Replacement charge hr

Hey everyone, I just got my replacement charge hr in the mail today. I'm trying to set it up but the update is taking FOREVER! I've tried resetting my phone and the tracker itself. I don't know where my connector for the computer is so I can't do it that way 😞 the version that came with my replacement is version 36, could that be the reason why it's taking so long?

A warm welcome to the Community @Vsolano1210. Thanks for troubleshooting this issue by yourself. I would like to know if you keep having problems setting up your tracker? If you do, I recommend restarting your Charge HR one more time and try the setup process from a computer.

I ended up getting it to work by deleting the app and then re downloading it!
