I have had a replacement Charge HR, when i go to set up and follow the instructions it tells me to hold the button for 3 seconds and then enter the number that comes up on the screen. However the timer just starts and nothing else happens. Any ideas?

Thanks

Hello @rach_w, have a warm welcome to the Community!. Smiley Happy

I understand your predicament, in this particular situation please try to press the button for 3 to 5 seconds, if the chronometer starts, let go of the button and wait for the code, if it's not displyed, press and hold the button for 3 to 5 seconds once again. Sometimes it's necessary to press and hold the button a few more times before getting the 4-digit code.

Additionally, go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your old Charge HR is on the list of paired devices, as this might also prevent your replacement to set up properly. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.

Give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else!
