My start date has reset, I’ve lost all of my progress to date. Can I reset my start date to the original?

What date was the start date reset to? Your profile says July 2014 as the date joined.
You can see the correct email address to use here.
At fitbit.com you can see the time of last sync, and here you will see what tracker is connected to your account.
I think in the app your logged into the wrong account.
