I deleted and redownloaded the app this week because of all the issues it was having and I could not log in due to the "Log in via Facebook" option was not available. Tried logging in with my Facebook e-mail and requested a password change several times (never received an e-mail back for this). Have redownloaded the app several times since and still no change.

Where you using your facebook pasword?
Another way to log in would be your Fitbit email. I see your posting from your account. Let's go to here to get your Fitbit email address. It will be found near the top of the page.
