I have a Charge 4. Heart rate is recording and syncing to the app and the trace is visible on the Heart Rate page but the stats (numbers) are not being recorded. This has been happening intermittently over the last few weeks but no data at all for the last week.
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I restarted the Fitbit and turned the heart rate on and off in the tracker. I also restarted my phone and nothing has worked. Any suggestions please?

I would recommend trying the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Reboot your cellphone
- Log back in
- Set up your Fitbit Charge 4 as a replacement device:
