Weight goal progress and Tile on main screen are different

On my main screen on the app, where the tiles are, my weight loss says 3.9 lbs lost, however when I click on the weight loss tile my Goal Progress says 3.8 lbs lost.  The correct figure is 3.9 lbs on the tile, so why is is the Goal Progess figure 0.1 lbs different? And how can I fix this.

 

I have a Versa 3 and use an iphone 11

 

I have checked the boards and can't find an answer to my issue.
