Resting heart rate and marks

It would be very useful if you could make some short mark to your resting heart rate table. For example if the line is up " fever "  or "alcohol" late dinner, hard training and so on !

Thanks for quick reply, I will do as you advised. I'm very 😊 with my Fitbit devices ( surge, charge 2, flex and one) I think Fitbit interface is the best, specially now with the new charge 2. . Thank you 😊
