Hi, I have a Charge 3 and an iPhone XS. My resting heart rate is not updating and hasn’t for several days. The graph shows the last entry is for Monday, but I have been wearing it constantly and it has synched all the other data successfully. My current heart rate is displayed and the charts for that are up to date.
I have tried:
Unpairing and repairing the Charge 3
Uninstalling and reinstalling the app
Turning my phone on and off
Checking the app and iOS operating system are up to date (they are)
Checking the dashboard on a desktop - that also does not show an up to date resting heart rate.
None of these techniques have worked. Can you advise? Thanks

This seems to be unusual as the resting heart rate will update based on the data synced throughout the day. I'll request a case for you so our Support Team can give you a hand. They'll contact you via email, so make sure to check your inbox.
