Welcome on board @Lordpieper! By logging your meals each day, you can track your progress towards an estimated goal based on caloric intake and burn. Your goal may be to lose weight, gain weight, or maintain your current weight. For more information on how Fitbit tracks your calories burned, visit How does Fitbit estimate how many calories I've burned?
Swipe left on the food tile to see your caloric intake, calories remaining in your food plan, and your macronutrient breakdown by percentage.
If you log food in the Fitbit app, you'll see an estimate of your daily macronutrients breakdown (total carbohydrates, fat, and protein consumed) in addition to your caloric intake. To get detailed information, see How do I track my food with Fitbit?
For anything else you would like to see implemented in the future, consider visiting our Feature Suggestions board. This is a space where Community users can post features, ideas, and suggestions that they'd like to see in future Fitbit products, accessories, and software and top-voted suggestions get relayed to our product team for review.
I've moved your post to the iOS App as there are more chances to get related replies here.
Let me know if there's anything else I may assist you with.
