Return Distance/Mileage Sharing from App

Recently, the ability to share distance of treadmill runs has been discontinued and instead the app only shows steps taken during the activity. Please restore functionality. Unfortunately, I can’t use Fitbit without being able to share dated distance and will have to get a different tracker.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. It's odd that the distance isn't showing up when sharing your activity, and I understand how you're feeling about this situation. So we can work on this together, please let me know if the Fitbit app is updated in your phone. If so, please try the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and log back in.
  4. Tap on the exercise tile, look for your activity and on the share icon.

 

By the way, I moved your post to the iOS board so you can receive more related responses about this situation, and to keep our forums organized. If the issue persists, let me know your phone's model and iOS version. This way I can go ahead and further investigate.
