I hate the new one..... there’s no encouragement like the old lay out. It flashed when you met goals and targets. You could see everything easily! 

 

I doubt ill I’ll stay with Fitbit now..... I’m no longer enjoying the experience 

 

please please please change this back...... as a voice of a supposed valued consumer change the app!

Hello @Onefitsammy  unfortunately I don’t think there is any plan to revert back to the old version of the Fitbit App. Hopefully some of the issues you dislike in the current version will be changed in future updates. (I too am waiting for improvements) I’m sure your Fitbit friends will miss you if you decide it’s no longer for you but I completely agree that if something is no longer meeting your needs you should make decisions that works best for you. The new layout looks like absolute crap, is extremely clunky and not easy to use or move around in.  How can we switch back to the old layout?  Did ANYONE at FitBit even bother to do a customer survey to see if people even liked or wanted this change?? This company has repeatedly ignored it’s customers when concerns have been brought up.  After having been a loyal Fitbit user for years, I think this is the last straw for me.  Please give us a way to CHOOSE OUR OWN PREFERRED LAYOUT!!!
