Fitbit stopped syncing the second the update was done. I followed all the steps, didn’t wrk. So I erased the app & downloaded again. Now the Fitbit is locked up & it says, “this app requires the internet permission to be granted”. It won’t let me do a thing. Just frozen like that

Hello @Robbit88

Sorry to see your having trouble accessing that Fitbit App. Have you recently changed your clock face? If so try downloading another clock face.

😉 please let me know if this resolved your issue

Yes I tried that last night. I had to go to another clock face then go back & download the one I purchased then it worked. Thank you

I cannot get my fit bit to give me my steps for the day It has the right date but the wrong steps. This was after the stupid iOS 13 update.  It keeps telling me to sync it to my bluetooth? Why when i try it says unavailable!

Hello @Birdiebluepie

Im a bit confused. This thread is about the Fitbit app being frozen. What type of Fitbit do you have? (Alta HR, Versa, Charge 2...etc?)
