Steps counter

Hi all

Can anyone please help? Since the last update my step count has disappeared from the app. I can’t find it anywhere. What am I doing wrong please?

I see your a new member. Welcome 😃 I understand your step counter disappeared. I’m assuming you mean it disappeared from your Fitbit App. I believe I can help you. Do this:

open your Fitbit App

look to the top right and tap edit

if steps do not have a check beside it place one there

now tap save in the upper right

Hello again @Debbydora  Let me clarify with you. You mentioned “App” in your original post. You are speaking of the Fitbit App (where you do challenges etc) and not the online Dashboard correct?  

**On a side note you shouldn’t put your personal information on your post like your address. To remove that information from your post just go back to your post and tap the three small dots in the upper right side of the posting box and tap edit. Remove your address then tap post again.
