On my last two runs, I receive the progress notifications per mile as normal - the announcement of pace, distance, etc comes through my earbuds - and the map displays on my phone.
To start the exercise, I select the “days of exercise” widget on the dashboard, select the stopwatch query, and start from there. When I complete the run, though, and hit the finish button, all that data disappears from the log. Only an overall time spent working out and the heart rate is maintained in the log detail. No running stats, map, of distance details.

Hi @Lizo145. Welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the delayed response.
Thanks for letting me know that your exercise data disappears from the Fitbit app, and let me help you with this. It seems that you're using MobileRun, so may I know if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version (3.15.1)? When did you start having this issue? Also, do you get any error message instead of your stats (map, distance, calories and steps)?
If you've not done so, please log out from the Fitbit app, force quit the Fitbit app, reboot your phone, open the Fitbit app, log back in and check your exercise details one more time.
Let me know how it goes.

@LizzyFitbit There are several threads (too many to merge) in the iOS forum and in device forums, ALL dealing with problems withe MobileRun. They appeared with the v3.15 app update.

Hey LizzyFitbit,
Thanks for the feedback! Yes, I am on Versión 3.15.1 of the app. Unfortunately, I tried the sign off/close/reboot/sign on sequence you suggested, but no fix to the past data. No error per de, just everything that was on screen disappears and it says “null” where the stats used to be. From the reply received after yours, though, it sounds like this may be a bigger issue with the update.
Any feedback is appreciated as a fix is made ~ Thanks, again!

Hi @Lizo145 and @LZeeW. It's great to see both of you here. I'm sorry for the delayed response.
@Lizo145, thanks for getting back with the requested information, as well for your efforts while trying the steps suggested above. Based on what it's displayed in the Fitbit app, let me share that we've received feedback from other members who are getting "Not enough data available" instead of their data after logging their exercises. This has been escalated to our team and they're working hard to bring a solution as soon as possible. For more updates about this issue, please visit this thread.
@LZeeW, thanks for the heads up! I just would like to clarify the information that was displayed in the Fitbit app in order to provide accurate details of this situation.
I'll be around if you need anything else.
