I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that GPS map is not showing for your Run exercises after recent updates. I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I recommend checking out this article with information about the different factors that can affect connected GPS.

I also recommend doing the following:

  1. Log out of the app.
  2. Force quit the app.
  3. Restart your phone and your tracker
  4. Log into the Fitbit app.

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.

Thank you so much for your advice!! I followed your guidance with the Fitbit and the app yesterday afternoon. Went for a run this morning and it worked perfectly! I think the thing that especially worked was restarting the Fitbit, which I didn’t know you could do until you showed me how.

Thank you for your advice and also for how quickly you helped me!

Hi There, I had the exact same issue as OP. Is this resolution only for future activities, meaning that any GPS data recorded prior is lost for good?
