Just got the new iPhone 12 with iOS 14.1. It won’t connect to my FitBit Alta HR. I disconnected to the old phone. I’ve tried rebooting the FitBit, Bluetooth and even the iPhone, but the phone still can’t find the tracker.
ios 14.1 has flaws. after updating my XR I had to be reset it some corrupted apps so they could not be deleted. A friend told me he had a problem with his new series 6 . I had no problems before the update. customer support said a patch maybe coming out in a few weeks. I am not sure what is effecting your app but maybe the update is the culprit.
