SPO2 clock faces no longer working or downloading on my Sense using iPadOS.

Today I started getting ‘Clock Error’ messages on my usual fitbit SPO2 clock face. Tried re-loading that and every other SPO2 clock face available in the Gallery. None would load onto my sense. Deleted and re-installed fitbit app on my IPad Pro, removed and re-installed the Sense device on the app and my wi-fi network, and did everything else I could think of to return my Sense to normal functionality. Nothing worked after multiple attempts. It appears all SPO2 clock faces are no longer working on the Sense device. Totally perplexed as all was fine up until today.

@QM2   I see nine Fitbit SpO2 clock faces for the Versa 3/Sense.  Which clock face is giving you the error message?

But I have some news for you.  The Sense doesn't need a designated SpO2 clock face.  Your SpO2 is available in your Today app on the device itself.  You aren't tied to a few clock faces.  In my personal experience, following the SpO2 in the Today stats uses less battery than any SpO2 clock face.

Thanks for the response. The same problem is happening with all the SPO2 clock faces available in the Gallery, but the one I was using when it started was Fitbit’s SPO2 Signature. I have the SPO2 tracker app installed, so I can still see tracking on my iPad. But I am concerned why I keep getting the ‘clockface error’ message on my Sense and cannot load new clock faces now even when I’ve deleted one or more of my five selected clock faces. Nothing I’ve tried - resets, app re-loads, etc - addresses the problem. Very frustrating, but not my first experience with Fitbit idiosyncrasies. Thanks again.

@QM2   I don't have any other suggestions and you might get more help by contacting Support.  I wear a Versa 3 and it has the same OS.  I'm an iPhone user and tried downloaded that and other clock faces and had no problems.  You are getting an error when you have clock face space available and tried the usual troubleshooting.

Finally got my Sense back in order after resorting to a full factory reset. Starting over like it’s a brand new Sense and going thru the entire process to restore it to my previous configurations. Everything is good now. All clock faces working fine. Something got corrupted and nothing short of starting back at square one was going to fix it. Thanks for your help on this. My spouse keeps telling me to get an Apple Watch like hers. Starting to think about it . . .
